Focus Group Summary Focus Group Summary We conducted a focus group on our food topic in order to better understand the data result from our survey. We had seven participants including both male and female who are all currently freshmen at CSUSM. First, we asked them questions regarding whether they prefer to cook for themselves or to eat out. We then went further by asking them whether they cook food from scratch or instant meal. All of the answers we got from the focus group matches the survey result. We also discussed about the influential of culture background on food choice. The answers we got was on the opposite side with our survey data. Our focus is heavily influenced by their culture and most of the reason is because of their habit. In addition, we talked about nutrition consideration, and we got the similar answer as our survey. Last but not least, we discussed about the influence of yelp and social media in regarding finding out new and trendy food establishment. We hav
